Troy and Mary Zimmerman opened the shop together in 1996, and today their son helps run it as the service writer. Troy has been working within the auto industry formally for over 46 years, but he has been around cars his whole life and started repairing his mother's car when he was just 13. While the couple devotes quite a bit of time to make sure things run smoothly at the shop, they like to spend time outdoors boating, hunting, camping, and fishing when they can.
